All boxes for registration bag items should be addressed as follows:

We have ordered 700 registration bags.
The MGM asks that all boxes be numbered “1 of 6”, “2 of 6”, “3 of 6”, etc. The hotel will know if incomplete shipments are received by numbering boxes in sequence. Please forward what items you are sending, the quantity, and the tracking numbers to [email protected] or reply to this email.
Schedule your shipment(s) to arrive four days prior to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees. Shipments MUST be sent to arrive the week of July 10th, no later than EOB Friday. July 14th. All packages received will be moved to WEDA’s onsite office at the MGM on Saturday, July 15th, for registration bag assembly. Items delivered after Friday, July 14th, will not be included in the registration bags.
